Project Manager
Richard Allen joined Guida Surveying
in 2001 as the assistant San Diego Operations Manager, bringing over
20 years of experience in surveying and construction layout field.
Rich was the president of FRD west where he was responsible for several
school construction projects as well as Camp Pendleton Marine Base
Quarters Buildings prior. His work background also includes four
years at Construction Testing and Engineering, Inc., as a Field Surveyor
and AutoCAD technician, and three years at Dudek and Associates where
he acquired Field Supervisor position. He is now the Director of
Operations in the San Diego office.
